Interesting statistic… In New York, for ever 10,000 people 300 are victims of some type of crime. In St. Louis: 1,400 for ever 10,000. In Osaka: 3.4 for every 10,000. Osaka has the highest rate of crime in Japan.  The most common crime is pick-pocketing/purse snatching.
